Staffing Costs

Kitchen staff included in base price.

Staffing for Wedding Package 1 is $30.00 per hour per staff member.  Waiters will have a 7 Hour minimum for a 4 hour events.  Chefs and Beverage Servers will require 5 hours each.  For a wedding of 100 guests you will need 3 chefs, 3 wait people, 1 beverage server.  (Staff recommendation is per 100 guests.) 

Overtime per staff member is $39.00 per hour or any part thereof for all staff members.
